SKU NUMBER: 64451The Mininimum EXP date on product:1year.TITLE DESCRIPTION: Clear Eyes Eye Drops 0.5 Fl Oz (15 Ml)MANUFACTURER:MEDTECH.PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:temporarily relieves redness due to minor eye irritation and protects against further irritation or dryness of the eye associated with smoke, sun glare, swimming, smog, or wearing contact lenses.INGREDIENTS:Active Ingredients:Naphazoline Hydrochloride 0.012% (Eye redness reliever), Glycerin 0.2% (Lubricant).Inactive Ingredients:Benzalkonium Chloride (preservative), Boric Acid, Edetate Disodium (preservative), Purified Water, Sodium Borate.SUGGESTED USE:Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) up to 4 times daily.CAUTION:To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Replace cap after using. If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
